Over 50,000 child safety seats recalled
More than 50,000 children’s car seats have been recalled because of a harness safety problem.
Car seat company Evenflo has announced the recall of the Transitions 3-in-1 car seat because the design allows a child enough access loosen their own harness. The company says without a snug harness restraining the child, the potential for injury increases.
“Through our regular review of consumer feedback on our products, we have identified a potential safety concern with our Transitions 3-in-1 Combination Booster Seat that we want to share with you,” Evenflo wrote in an announcement on its website.
