Introduction to Augmented Communication Systems Part Two
Wednesday, March 6th, 9:30am to 11:30am
Campbell River Family Services, 487-10th Avenue, Conference Room
Facilitated by Suzanne Macdonald

This is Part Two of two sessions on Augmented Communication systems, as requested by caregivers who support children and youth with special communication needs. Suzanne Macdonald, Speech Language Pathologist from Sunrise Resources for Early Child Development, will be presenting a follow-up session on information foster parents received in January 2013 on this topic. Suzanne will look more closely at different type of visual communication, understanding why we use one particular strategy over another and how it can help to support the child. This session is open to all caregivers.
